The Proposal Manager leads the end-to-end development of compliant and compelling federal government proposals, from pre-RFP through submission. This includes coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders to write, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Lead the planning, development, and submission of complex Federal Government proposals, including large-scale opportunities exceeding $100M. Coordinate between business development, pricing, and technical teams to ensure compliant and compelling submissions aligned with corporate growth objectives.

This executive will lead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on identifying, shaping, and capturing high-value federal opportunities across agencies like HHS, DHS, and DOD. Responsibilities include managing a substantial qualified pipeline and leading capture efforts from intelligence gathering through contract award.
