The Admissions Advisor will manage a high volume of calls and emails to guide prospective students through the enrollment process for the MasterClass Executive program. They will also support employer-sponsored enrollment by providing materials to candidates and coordinating with corporate HR and L&D teams.

Lead end-to-end program management for product verticals, driving cross-functional alignment between Content, Marketing, and Product teams from concept to launch. Improve operational efficiency by documenting scalable processes and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.
