Supervise the consumer loan processing department, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage staff performance, career development, and the daily processing of loan files.

Conduct outbound calls to solicit loan applications and guide members through the application process. Analyze financial data to recommend loan approvals, denials, or modifications based on creditworthiness and regulatory guidelines.

Provide information on mortgage products and analyze financial data to recommend loan approvals, denials, or counteroffers. Actively promote credit union services through community networking and manage the loan closing process for members.

The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, overseeing all core financial functions including accounting, FP&A, and risk management. The role focuses on aligning financial strategies with the organization's mission to drive sustainable growth and community impact.
