The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, overseeing all core financial functions including accounting, FP&A, and risk management. The role focuses on aligning financial strategies with the organization's mission to drive sustainable growth and community impact.

Conduct outbound calls to solicit loan applications and guide members through the application process. Analyze financial data to recommend loan approvals, denials, or modifications based on creditworthiness and risk.
