The Search Engineer will provide technical support for Lucidworks Fusion, troubleshooting complex search issues and collaborating with engineering teams. They will also create knowledge base articles and relay customer feedback to help shape future product development.
Design, implement, and operate secure corporate IT infrastructure including identity, endpoint, and network architecture. Partner with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects and utilize Gen AI tools to accelerate systems administration and documentation.
