Own the roadmap for the LottieFiles Platform, focusing on workspaces, collaboration, and enterprise-grade features like SSO and RBAC. Partner with GTM, design, and engineering to ship high-impact features while managing technical tradeoffs and tracking key performance metrics.

Develop specialized AI systems for structured content generation, editing, and optimization within creative workflows. Design fine-tuning strategies and build automated pipelines for data collection and model evaluation.

You will lead the architectural design and ground-up rebuild of the LottieFiles platform, making foundational technical decisions for the next five years. You will also balance hands-on full-stack development with performance-critical systems programming to ensure high-scale operations.
