The Head of Growth will own the company's growth metrics, including user acquisition, activation, and retention, while building and leading a high-performing marketing team. They will define the growth strategy, manage the marketing stack, and partner with product and engineering to drive user success.
You will champion developer experience by building and maintaining the federated GraphQL gateway, gRPC services, and authentication systems. Additionally, you will measure platform performance, mentor peers, and collaborate across teams to ensure system scalability and reliability.
You will own the developer story and positioning for LottieFiles' products, including APIs, SDKs, and AI-assisted motion tools. You will bridge the gap between engineering and developers by creating documentation, samples, and maintaining the first-run experience.
