The Senior Associate will independently manage complex affordable multifamily housing transactions from initial intake through underwriting and closing. They will also serve as a technical resource and thought partner to internal teams while ensuring disciplined credit analysis and risk mitigation.
The Fund Manager oversees the financial management, reporting, and operational performance of impact investment funds, including place-based affordable housing vehicles. They are responsible for fund-level financial analysis, capital management, investor communications, and coordinating across internal departments to ensure disciplined execution.
Manage a portfolio of mission-driven real estate debt and equity investments, ensuring borrower compliance and strong portfolio performance. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while serving as the primary relationship manager for borrowers.
