The Senior Director is responsible for leading the financial reporting and close process across LFM-managed funds, ensuring that fund financial statements are accurate, timely, complete, and appropriately analyzed and communicated to internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Vice President, Fund Management & Finance, the Senior Director serves as the day-to-day owner of fund financial reporting across approximately 12 existing funds and new funds as the platform grows. The role quarterbacks quarterly and annual closes, financial statement review, fund and organizational audits, and finance-related preparation for SEC examinations, working closely with LFM's third-party fund administrator, Broadstreet Impact Services, LISC Finance, external auditors, and other stakeholders.
