Drive new sales and market traction within regional and national health plans by generating pipeline and building C-level relationships. Partner internally to move prospects through the sales funnel and act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the AI-augmented software delivery platform, focusing entirely on accelerating how the engineering team builds software using AI coding agents and robust tooling. Key duties involve evaluating AI coding tools, architecting the agent orchestration layer, and building automated compliance guardrails for AI-generated code within a regulated environment.
