The representative will conduct 100-150 outbound calls per shift to educate patients on the importance of preventive health screenings. They are responsible for resolving barriers to participation and delivering a consultative, compassionate customer service experience.
You will own and deliver end-to-end product features while utilizing agentic AI to design, implement, and test modern cloud-native applications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards for system architecture, security, and operational excellence.
