The Director of Audience Growth is responsible for stabilizing and growing the registered HCP audience through lifecycle journeys and acquisition strategies. The role involves hands-on operation of ESPs and CDPs to optimize retention and integrate commercial signals into audience modeling.

Lead direct-to-pharma business development to grow a pipeline of net-new pharmaceutical brand clients. Coordinate across internal teams to deliver omnichannel engagement programs and sponsored content solutions to healthcare provider audiences.

Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C#/.NET while optimizing front-end interfaces. Integrate AI/ML features and collaborate with leadership to define technical roadmaps for logistics operations.
