The Asset Event Manager & Planner oversees the full lease asset lifecycle, including demand forecasting, lease execution, and post-lease return. They are responsible for maintaining fleet availability, managing customer relationships, and coordinating across technical, legal, and financial teams.

Acts as the primary technical liaison between clients and maintenance organizations for airframe and engine events. Manages routine maintenance, major inspections, and AOG situations while balancing airworthiness, cost, and schedule.

Lead the global commercial strategy for airframe and engine parts distribution and whole aircraft asset transactions. Manage a team of nine Sales Directors to drive revenue growth and maintain high-level relationships with operators, OEMs, and MRO networks.

Acts as the primary contact for clients managing routine, minor unscheduled, and AOG events for aircraft engines. Coordinates between maintenance facilities, parts vendors, and customers to ensure efficient event resolution.

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing aviation parts, negotiating with vendors, and managing purchase orders to support Technical Advisors. They ensure timely delivery of components while optimizing costs and maintaining accurate data within supply chain systems.
