The HR Generalist will manage the full employee lifecycle for a distributed international team, including payroll, compliance, and process automation. They will also act as a key partner to managers and employees while driving engagement and HR operational excellence.
You will own the revenue growth strategy by managing free-to-paid conversion and expansion revenue through lifecycle marketing and pricing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement strategies that drive user upgrades and add-on sales.
You will own the full loop of conversion rate optimization, from designing and executing A/B tests with statistical rigor to analyzing results and implementing tracking.
