The Vice President will lead Texas business strategy, manage client relationships, and oversee business development for transportation and ITS projects. They will also mentor staff and serve as a project manager or principal-in-charge for large multi-disciplinary transportation initiatives.

Lead and support traffic engineering, signal operations, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design and implementation projects. Oversee customer traffic operations support, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver projects within business objectives.

This role partners with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to develop and refine revenue forecasts, financial models, and long-range revenue plans, while supporting weekly and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure alignment across pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance. Key duties include analyzing performance across offerings, identifying pipeline improvement opportunities, evaluating pricing impacts, and building scalable dashboards using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
