Lead a team of Technical Support Engineers to manage the support function and maintain a high-quality bug reporting gate for engineering. Own support tooling, metrics, and the product feedback loop to improve the customer experience.

The Federal Account Executive is responsible for driving new business and expansion across U.S. federal customers, including the DoD and Intelligence Community. This involves owning the full sales cycle from pipeline development and discovery through to contract award and enterprise adoption.

This role is responsible for building, managing, and operationalizing Istari’s ecosystem of strategic technology partners, focusing on engineering tool providers, channel partners, and prime partners for federal captures and market expansion. The lead will develop teaming relationships, shape joint value propositions, and support capture teams by positioning Istari and its partners as differentiated solutions for complex government programs.

The role involves collaborating with the platform team on environment preparation for platform integration and expansion, including troubleshooting installations. Additionally, the engineer will automate installation processes and monitor complex infrastructure issues.
