The Director will lead global talent acquisition and management functions, driving strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. They will partner with senior leadership to implement innovative HR solutions, manage recruitment processes, and oversee performance and development initiatives.
Manages corporate accounting functions for the Internet Society and its Foundation, including GAAP financial statements, monthly closes, and year-end audits. Oversees global operations, regulatory filings, and grant compliance while partnering with financial systems and HR teams.
Lead ISOC’s global advocacy portfolio, driving strategic influence across various entities. Oversee and evolve advocacy efforts to ensure they are mission-aligned and globally impactful.
