The Manager II, Analytics Engineering will lead a team to design and build robust data pipelines and implement data quality standards for federal healthcare outreach programs. This role involves overseeing the migration of complex SQL logic into scalable dbt pipelines and ensuring data models accurately reflect policy mandates.
You will design and perform analytics projects to evaluate consumer outreach performance and communicate findings through reports and dashboards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and support federal client decision-making.
The Associate Director will lead and scale the Analytics Engineering function by establishing data quality standards, documentation, and delivery frameworks. They will also provide technical mentorship to the team while performing hands-on data work to support critical client deliverables.
