Own the end-to-end growth engine for Hint's partner ecosystem, including sourcing, negotiating, and launching application, integration, and solution partners. Establish standard operating procedures and playbooks to make the marketplace motion repeatable and visible to leadership.

Lead and mentor a Clinical Engineering team to build and scale Clinical EMR workflows. Balance hands-on coding and technical contributions with people management and cross-functional alignment with Product and Design teams.

The specialist will manage Eligibility Autosync (EAS) integrations for Scale and Enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and data feed maintenance. Responsibilities include configuring SFTP credentials, resolving data errors, and ensuring accurate data ingestion into the Hint platform.

Build and maintain provider-facing mobile applications for iOS and Android, owning features from technical design through release. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate backend APIs and implement critical workflows like messaging and payments.
