The Training Specialist is responsible for instructing employees on agency management systems and Property & Casualty workflows. This role facilitates training through virtual and in-person sessions while maintaining accurate training records and providing help desk support.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing high-level support in maintaining and expanding commercial insurance accounts while ensuring accurate service for clients and producers. They will manage workflows, negotiate terms with carriers, and educate clients on coverage, exposures, and audit procedures.
