Design and execute structured experiments to improve the AI voice agent's behavior through rigorous prompting and evaluation. Own the prompt architecture for multi-turn healthcare workflows and translate research findings into actionable engineering recommendations.

Build and maintain production-grade integrations between the AI assistant and healthcare systems like EHRs and data warehouses. Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading discovery sessions and translating business workflows into technical specifications.

The Enterprise Account Executive will own the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing deals with healthcare organizations nationwide. This role involves strategically hunting into enterprise accounts, driving pipeline generation, and moving deals from pilot stages to large-scale expansions.

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of AI agents in customer environments, treating every deployment as a product launch from scoping through go-live. The individual will also own the customer-facing roadmap, defining requirements, sequencing builds, and aligning stakeholders on tradeoffs.

The engineer will design, build, and scale end-to-end systems for the AI assistant Mia, shipping production-ready code across the stack, owning features from concept to deployment. Key tasks include developing user-facing functionality in NextJS/TypeScript, crafting robust APIs in Python/FastAPI, and optimizing backend systems for high-volume traffic.
