Customer Account Manager
Manage end-to-end customer relationships, including customer records, credit coordination, quotations, order processing, status updates, and ownership of customer JIT supply chain programs. Coordinate with sales, planning, scheduling, and quality teams on forecasts, material availability, commercial opportunities, and resolution of customer disputes and complaints.
