The role involves auditing configurations, processing update requests, and supporting PMS conversion go-lives to optimize revenue cycle performance.

Responsible for the administration and support of Denticon and legacy practice management systems across dental practices. This includes managing day-to-day operations, overseeing data-intensive system conversions, and coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for reviewing and resolving outstanding insurance claims to decrease aging and boost collections across multiple dental offices. They will identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with leadership to ensure adherence to internal control policies.

Manage technology operations and MSP partnerships across a network of dental practices, focusing on system administration and seamless onboarding. Oversee core platforms like Denticon and Microsoft 365 while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and operational efficiency.
