The Social Media Coordinator will develop and execute social media strategies, including creating engaging short-form video content for various platforms. They will also provide training and support to local dental practice teams to help them become effective content creators.

This role will be dedicated specifically to social media, with a focus on creating engaging, authentic content that brings our individual practices, teams, doctors, and Guardian Dentistry Partners brand to life.
This is not simply a content-scheduling position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable behind the camera, editing Reels and TikToks, identifying trends, coaching local teams, and developing content strategies that can scale across a large organization.
The Social Media Coordinator will manage our social presence while also helping our practices become stronger content creators themselves through training, resources, and ongoing support.
