Lead the day-to-day operations of the CDI team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and defensible clinical documentation through prospective and concurrent chart reviews. Manage team performance, onboarding, and coaching while partnering with clinical leadership to improve documentation standards and workflows.
The Director of People Strategy will own the analytical and infrastructure backbone of the People function, including compensation, headcount planning, and people analytics. They will also manage the People Operations & Credentialing Manager and lead high-value strategic projects to support the company's growth.
The specialist will perform pre-visit and post-encounter chart reviews to ensure medical documentation accurately reflects patient complexity using ICD-10 guidelines. They will also query providers for clarification and educate clinicians on HCC coding best practices.
