The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to educate travelers on international trip packages and secure bookings. You will be responsible for achieving high conversion rates, upselling travel services, and documenting interactions across multiple software platforms.

The SQL Developer will create SQL scripts, stored procedures, and reports to improve efficiency across marketing communications teams. They will also support web development by preparing CMS data and providing internal system troubleshooting and data analysis.

Handle a high volume of inbound calls to assist travelers with itinerary maintenance, reservation updates, and payment processing. Document all customer interactions and provide comprehensive information regarding company products and policies.

Support the development and execution of the website roadmap by translating priorities into actionable initiatives. Coordinate between DCX, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and advocate for the traveler's experience.
