Support the development and execution of the website roadmap by translating priorities into actionable initiatives. Coordinate between DCX, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and advocate for the traveler's experience.

Lead and transform the comprehensive marketing organization to drive revenue and expand market reach through data-driven performance and brand initiatives. Oversee digital evolution, eCommerce optimization, and the scaling of customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.

This role is responsible for owning the strategy, performance, and optimization of all traveler protection offerings, focusing on increasing penetration and improving partner economics. The director will also strengthen other high-margin ancillary revenue streams like air positioning and trip extensions.

The analyst will partner with Digital Experience teams to find insights that improve trip discovery and booking behavior, while also building, automating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards for key digital KPIs. They will also write SQL queries for data extraction and transformation across Oracle and Snowflake environments.
