The Northeast Development Manager will cultivate and grow a portfolio of donors within the Northeast region through research, outreach, and individual meetings. They will also coordinate logistics for regional events, manage donor data in the CRM, and support the broader development team with proposals and briefing materials.

The Associate Director will lead state and local policy initiatives by analyzing legislation, drafting policy proposals, and managing a team of attorneys. They will also represent the organization in legislative hearings, coalition spaces, and public forums to advance gun violence prevention goals.
