The Construction Superintendent will lead environmental and heavy civil projects by directing onsite crews and managing subcontractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. They are responsible for enforcing health and safety plans, managing project budgets, and coordinating field activities and resources.

Lead project teams in managing small to large-scale environmental, heavy civil, and mining projects across the US. Oversee all execution phases including pre-bid preparations, contract management, cost controls, and financial forecasting.
