The Electrical BIM Designer is responsible for creating and updating electrical models, drawings, and documentation using Revit and Navisworks. They will lead the development of BIM standards and Revit families while guiding junior designers and collaborating with engineering teams.

Lead project teams in managing small to large-scale environmental, heavy civil, and mining projects across the US. Oversee all execution phases including pre-bid preparations, contract management, cost controls, and financial forecasting.

This role involves serving as a senior subject matter expert in Incident Command System (ICS) and Emergency Management, providing strategic guidance and leading ICS training sessions, coaching, and after-action reviews for staff and clients. The advisor will also provide part-time support for emergency response planning, tactical plans, and spill drills, while supporting business development efforts.

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of business development plans, capture management, and sales targeting the US Federal Government, specifically the US Navy, across the Western US. Key duties include leading business development efforts, maintaining high-value client relationships, growing market share through partnerships, and ensuring the accuracy of the opportunity pipeline.
