Provide frontline technical and accounting support to municipal clients using the GL and AP features of a B2B SaaS platform. Collaborate with product teams to resolve complex issues and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.

The Account Executive will own revenue growth within a defined territory by building a pipeline and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and provide market intelligence to leadership.
