Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage psychotropic medications for children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, trauma-informed care and clinical consultation.

Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision via telehealth to a diverse staff of clinicians and interns. Ensure strict compliance with Massachusetts state guidelines, insurance regulations, and HIPAA mandates through regular EHR audits and training delivery.

Manage the intake lifecycle and referral operations, serving as the primary contact for families and providers. Coordinate waitlist outreach and collaborate with management to facilitate provider matching and insurance authorizations.
