Proposal/SOQ Manager
The Proposal/SOQ Manager will lead the end-to-end pursuit process, including managing RFPs/RFQs, developing capture strategies, and ensuring all submissions are compliant and competitive. They will act as a central liaison across departments to coordinate inputs, maintain the qualifications library, and improve overall win rates.
