Lead the technology and product roadmap, owning the end-to-end build of member-facing products and internal infrastructure. Transition external technology partnerships in-house and manage the company's martech and revenue stack.

This role is the primary driver of lifecycle strategy and execution, responsible for designing and optimizing acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels across email, SMS, and DM channels. Key duties include owning conversion copy, managing lifecycle reporting, running structured testing programs, and executing campaigns within marketing systems like Klaviyo and ManyChat.
