Build client loyalty and product adoption for small market accounts through a year-round touchpoint strategy. Act as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements and contribute to revenue via renewals and account expansion.

Lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of data-intensive and AI-driven products to power analytics across a multi-module suite. Partner with Data Science to develop ML-powered features and mentor other product managers to improve overall product practices.
