Design and deliver production-grade AI advisors and analytic agents using LLMs and agentic workflows to support workplace decisions. Build high-quality Python services and RAG pipelines to integrate intelligent capabilities into the Energage platform.

Lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of data-intensive and AI-driven products to power analytics across a multi-module suite. Partner with Data Science to develop ML-powered features and mentor other product managers to improve overall product practices.

The primary mission is to find Top Workplaces program participants by researching, navigating, and qualifying companies, developing strategic communication plans to address their business challenges. This involves cultivating strong customer relationships from initial contact through qualification and completed participation, while collaborating closely with Account Executives.
