Own and improve the client’s Quickbase systems while building a broader internal operations platform, including workflows, automations, integrations, dashboards, and web-based tools. Assess business processes and determine when to improve Quickbase, build custom software, integrate other systems, or apply AI, while protecting sensitive data and documenting key decisions.
You will lead the development and maintenance of a secure AI-driven pipeline, establishing the conventions, gates, and autonomy tiers for AI-generated code. The role involves owning the knowledge plane, implementing verification gates, and continuously calibrating the system based on incident history and performance metrics.
