The Manager of Business Development is responsible for building, training, and leading the inbound BDR team to qualify prospects for Resolution Consultants. This includes creating the sales playbook, managing CRM hygiene in HubSpot, and overseeing the full funnel handoff process.

Lead the Legal Strategy team in developing and presenting Strategic Recovery Roadmaps to small business owners facing SBA EIDL debt. Coordinate between sales, marketing, and a network of partner attorneys to ensure seamless strategy execution and client recovery.

Conduct six pre-scheduled inbound video consultations daily with business owners to provide financial guidance and relief. Manage the full sales process from initial consultation to a smooth transition to the service team while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling consultations, and managing the sales pipeline in HubSpot. They will also handle objections and transition into closing deals as part of their professional development.
