The Loan Originator will actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors and brokers, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals by capitalizing on lending opportunities. Key duties include negotiating compelling loan terms, building a referral network, managing a dynamic deal pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
