The Professional Services Operations Coordinator will manage operational workflows, project systems, and cross-functional handovers between sales, implementation, and customer success teams. They are also responsible for maintaining operational documentation, reporting on KPIs, and utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency.
You will proactively source and qualify strategic prospects to generate new business opportunities for the sales team. This involves managing communication channels, maintaining CRM data, and conducting qualification calls to ensure high-quality handoffs to Account Executives.
Develop and execute region-specific demand generation and growth plans to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
