You will own a 0-to-1 business initiative from hypothesis to execution, including customer research and prototype development. You will work directly with founders to pressure-test new market opportunities and document findings to drive strategic decision-making.
Design and implement core features across the technology stack to enhance the platform and user experience. Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive technical improvements and scale systems for a growing user base.
Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle including sourcing, closing, and scaling relationships with CRMs, dialers, and sales consultancies. Define the partner motion and drive partner-sourced revenue through co-marketing and co-selling campaigns.
