Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients by leading conversations, tracking KPIs, and ensuring high satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing management to ensure goals are achieved.

Manage customer billing, accounts receivable, and payment reconciliation for automotive dealership clients. Proactively handle collections efforts to reduce aging balances and improve overall cash flow.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads to help automotive clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with Client Success Managers.
