As a Senior Associate, Leasing, you will manage the full lifecycle of leasing, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. You will also lead and mentor the leasing team to drive performance and optimize leasing processes.

Oversee a portfolio of properties to ensure efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Coordinate repairs, manage lease renewals, and serve as the primary liaison between residents, internal teams, and external vendors.

The Fund Accountant manages financial reporting and accounting functions for institutional single-family rental portfolios. Key duties include preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, managing fixed asset ledgers, and supporting month-end close processes.

The role involves building recurring operational and financial reports and performing ad-hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst will develop data models for external client reporting and collaborate with client-facing teams to implement technical solutions.
