The BSA Officer will formally lead and operate the financial crimes program, serving as the designated BSA Officer with SAR decisioning authority and direct responsibility for the integrity of AML and sanctions programs across all US entities. This role also involves leading and scaling the AML compliance team and partnering closely with Engineering to embed compliance controls into the infrastructure.

The Chief Compliance Officer will lead Dakota's progression from state-level readiness to trust-level supervision in the U.S. while designing and implementing the European compliance architecture for EMI and CASP requirements.
