You will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and management of container platforms and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will automate processes using CI/CD pipelines and provide technical consulting to clients regarding platform operations and integration.

You will advise and support clients on infrastructure architecture, operations, and integration while building and maintaining platforms and pipelines. Additionally, you will provide technical training, perform debugging, and contribute to architectural decision-making.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for managed services, specifically supporting openDesk and related infrastructure. Your role involves analyzing and resolving support requests, documenting solutions, and collaborating with DevOps teams to improve service quality.

Design and implement robust, automated, and secure cloud and container architectures based on customer business requirements. Lead cloud migrations and manage the ongoing operation of Managed Services and SaaS solutions including CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes platforms.
