Lead the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for the IntelliSep system to scale commercial adoption across national health systems. This includes translating complex clinical data into messaging for clinicians and administrators while building and mentoring a product marketing team.

The role is responsible for owning the IntelliSep ROI narrative and developing financial models to drive adoption across health systems. It involves partnering with hospital C-suite and revenue cycle teams to identify and capture value through improved coding and reimbursement strategies.

Design and maintain embedded software in C++ for the IntelliSep instrument platforms and Linux-based systems. Develop Python-based tools and CI/CD pipelines to support verification, validation, and manufacturing workflows.

The Field Application Scientist supports the deployment and integration of IntelliSep technology into clinical workflows. This includes providing pre-sales technical support, delivering operator training, and ensuring long-term customer success through troubleshooting and consultation.

The engineer will analyze and curate large clinical datasets to support internal reports, external presentations, and future clinical trial design, while interpreting clinical case reports related to immune-mediated conditions like sepsis. Responsibilities also include supporting study design, interpretation, reporting, and publication of clinical studies, and developing data-driven models to track disease trends and evaluate assay utility.
