Lead the company's procurement and EPC contracting efforts by drafting and negotiating supply and services agreements. Provide legal counsel to internal teams to resolve disputes and support M&A and finance transactions.

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of solar and storage projects, overseeing them from late-stage development through final construction. Key duties include managing EPC contracts, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as the lead technical authority for generation and load interconnection engineering, substation design, and utility compliance. Manage external consultants and provide technical oversight during the construction, commissioning, and energization of utility-scale solar and storage projects.

Conduct on-site quality control inspections and corrective maintenance on utility-scale solar PV systems. Generate detailed inspection reports and ensure adherence to construction standards and safety protocols.
