You will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns across all Consensys products to drive user value. This includes managing messaging channels, developing experimentation roadmaps, and measuring campaign results.

Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for trading features while partnering with product and growth teams to drive user adoption. Lead product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase awareness, activation, and retention across global markets.

Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport to create a reusable identity layer across the ecosystem. Define scalable verification primitives and design a low-friction onboarding experience that balances privacy with global regulatory compliance.

You will define and evolve the architecture for MetaMask Mobile while leading cross-team initiatives to improve performance, stability, and developer experience. Additionally, you will mentor senior engineers and integrate AI-enabled tools to enhance platform productivity and code quality.
