You will build and support the engineering team, guiding the development of backend and infrastructure while collaborating closely with leadership to convert technical and product visions into actionable roadmaps. Additionally, you will partner with a platform lead to ensure technical excellence and drive improvements across the platform.

The Head of Data will lead the end-to-end data function, building a high-leverage team and partnering with the CEO to shape company strategy. They will implement AI-driven workflows to optimize product growth, revenue, and shipping speed.

The role involves setting the direction for the data science function, owning company-wide metric strategy, and leading the experimentation framework and standards across product squads. This person will also drive strategic opportunity sizing and own the predictive modeling and machine learning work for the company.
