Conduct quality audits on claims and telephone calls to identify operational failures and areas for improvement. Provide feedback to claims handlers and collaborate with team leaders to implement quality improvement plans.

The specialist will own their function end-to-end with high autonomy, investigating cases, driving outcomes across the claims portfolio, and developing/improving processes and workflows as the function scales. They will also coach handlers, track performance metrics, attend client meetings as an expert, and maintain accurate records.
