Reconciliation & Payments Specialist
You will be responsible for reconciling customer payments against invoices across the entire customer base and investigating any discrepancies to ensure accounts are fully resolved. Additionally, you will manage collections, maintain accurate working papers, and leverage AI tools to improve and automate manual billing workflows.
