You will lead and develop the Billing & Collections team while managing the end-to-end billing cycle and accounts receivable processes. Additionally, you will partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize revenue collection and ensure accurate financial reporting.
The Billing & Collections Manager will own the end-to-end billing cycle, including invoice generation, cash reconciliation, and proactive management of outstanding balances. They will also collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimize billing processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Manage and resolve alert transactions within a Payment Service Provider system, including processing refunds and canceling subscriptions. Document transaction details and communicate with merchants to resolve issues and enroll them in services.
