Manage and scale a team of Community Health Workers and other care disciplines, ensuring daily accountability and performance against SLAs. Partner with Program Operations to deploy new care programs and integrate workflows across product, data, and payer requirements.

The Senior Accountant will build the accounting function from the ground up, owning the month-end close and financial reporting processes. They will also lead the company through its first formal external audit and establish foundational accounting policies and controls.

The recruiter will own end-to-end hiring across technical, operations, finance, clinical, and growth functions while building scalable recruiting infrastructure. They will partner with hiring managers to define needs, source top talent, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Design and build core web applications and operational tools for care teams using React, Next.js, and Node.js. Collaborate with a senior engineering team to integrate clinical data, analytics, and AI-powered features into scalable healthcare workflows.
