The Lead Cybersecurity Engineer will oversee the company's cybersecurity program, ensuring the protection of PHI and the security of production platforms. This role involves leading compliance efforts for HIPAA and SOC 2 while managing security operations, cloud infrastructure hardening, and cross-functional security initiatives.
Guide new customers through OptiMantra onboarding and setup, and train them on platform features, workflows, and best practices. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, create customer-facing learning materials, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the customer experience.
You will serve as a frontline resource for customers, addressing support cases via phone, email, and video call regarding clinical workflows and technical issues. Additionally, you will support feature testing, create knowledge base documentation, and assist with customer training.
