The Controller leads day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance. They serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Director of Finance, overseeing budgeting, audits, and the management of financial systems.

This role involves managing and delivering consulting projects within the Expert Advisory Services (EAS) umbrella, which includes building client relationships, designing workshops, authoring reports, and managing project teams. The manager will also collaborate on business development, oversee the training of the CDP Corps, and help evolve the strategic goals of the EAS function.
