The Program Associate supports international fund management through data collection, desk research, and administrative tasks. They assist program managers in grantmaking activities and maintain relationships with grantee partners.

This role involves managing and delivering consulting projects within the Expert Advisory Services (EAS) umbrella, which includes building client relationships, designing workshops, authoring reports, and managing project teams. The manager will also collaborate on business development, oversee the training of the CDP Corps, and help evolve the strategic goals of the EAS function.
