The Account Lead manages referrals and coordinates between disability referral sources, clinicians, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality client care. They are responsible for monitoring KPIs, aligning clinical services with account requirements, and identifying opportunities for service innovation.

Partner with leaders across Quebec and Atlantic Canada to develop people strategies and coach them through organizational transformation. Drive performance, succession planning, and employee development while improving the overall employee experience.

Oversee a division of Vocational Services by supervising team leads and specialists to ensure service excellence and optimal client outcomes. Focus on business growth, stakeholder relationship management, and aligning service delivery with corporate KPIs.

The psychologist will provide clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for patients in a pain management program. They will work within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and manage clinical documentation.

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, workplaces, or virtually to support recovery and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams, employers, and funders to design tailored return-to-work and participation plans.
